General Hospital spoilers for June 30 – July 4, 2025 reveal that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is left shocked, while Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) is reacting with intense anger.
As always with the early edition, we’ll kick things off by covering what’s coming later this week. A quick heads-up: expect possible news interruptions. With ongoing bombings and such, CBS soaps have already been preempted, and ABC’s shows might be affected too. If there is a preemption, make sure to check your DVR settings so you don’t miss any episodes.
General Hospital Spoilers: Martin’s Trouble, Dante’s Challenge, and Alexis’ Worries
Jumping into what’s ahead—on Wednesday, June 25th, Martin Gray (Michael E. Knight) faces some bad news. It’s been a tough week for him. He’s in the hospital getting his back examined after he lunged for a receipt Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) was holding and took a fall.
It was pretty embarrassing. So, the bad news could be about his sore back or about Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) deciding not to file a personal injury claim for the SUV accident. Or maybe it’s more alimony demands from his many exes, thanks to Tracy Q. Martin also has a conversation with Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst), who visits him at the hospital. Martin says to Ric, “If anyone can annoy her, it’s you,” implying he wants Ric to ruffle Tracy’s feathers, which could be quite entertaining.
General Hospital Spoilers: Dante Encourages Teamwork
Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) visits Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) and stresses that they need to join forces to reach their son, Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza), who’s refusing to talk to either of them. Of course, neither of them were the ones hiding the secret that Gio was growing up right under his biological parents’ noses. I agree—they definitely need to work together. Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) won’t be happy about this, which is just another reason why they should.
General Hospital Spoilers: Alexis Checks In
Meanwhile, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) stops by General Hospital for a chat with Elizabeth. I’m guessing Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) told Alexis that Liz knows Kristina cut the brake lines and that Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) asked her not to involve the police.
Alexis might be looking for reassurance that Liz won’t report Kristina, and possibly to thank her. Elizabeth’s reasoning is probably because of Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) death. But Liz warned Kristina, “Don’t do anything else or I’ll call the cops.” And since Kristina is now pulling the Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) scam on Ava Jerome (Maura West), this could come back to haunt her.
Cody’s Commands, Marco’s Delivery, and Ava’s Suspicions: GH Twists Take Shape
Speaking of the local cowboy, Cody follows orders on Wednesday. It could be connected to Kristina and Ava’s seduction plot or something involving Tracy, as it seems he’s having a conversation with her. Cody asks if his task is complete, and Tracy brings up payment. Remember, Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) actually masterminded this plan with Cody, which was pretty clever.
Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) delivers something to someone—details are vague. It might relate to his mother Natalia Rogers-Ramirez’s (Eva LaRue) DUI case and the deal she’s negotiating with DA Turner (Nazneen Contractor) to testify against Sonny. Or maybe he’s sending flowers to his boyfriend, Lucas Jones (Van Hansis). Meanwhile, Elizabeth asks Lucas if he thinks she’s leading Ric on. I figure just Liz sharing the same space as Ric is enough to give him the wrong idea, but that’s on him, not her.
At the same time, Ava calls someone a lying liar—possibly Ric. Maybe she discovers he’s been flirting with Liz or realizes Cody’s con is targeting her. Plus, Sonny asks someone for their answer—possibly regarding Natalia’s choice to accept the relocation deal to avoid the Port Charles PD and the upcoming DUI trial.
Carly’s Concerns, Lucas’s Guidance, and Dante’s Shift: General Hospital Drama Heats Up
On Thursday, June 26th, Carly Corinthos Spencer (Laura Wright) talks with Sonny but leaves the conversation visibly worried. Carly might be upset over the Sonny vs. Sidwell (Carlo Rota) conflict, since Sidwell has made it clear he wants Sonny’s docks and will do anything to push him out. Marco seems to be helping Sidwell. Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) was trying to convince Sonny, so Carly may step in—and when she does, things often get complicated. She might even rope in Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna). We’ll have to wait and see.
Lucas receives some advice from Lulu—possibly romantic guidance regarding his relationship with Marco. Meanwhile, Brook Lynn spots something she doesn’t like—maybe her son Gio talking with her rival Lulu. Dante also gains a new perspective after a conversation with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), likely about how to handle Gio. Though Jason hasn’t been the best dad, he might have some valuable insight to share with Dante, who’s always been a solid father but is now facing challenges due to recent events.
Additionally, Marco gets some fresh information, probably about Natalia and Sonny. Natalia might inform him she’s taking Sonny’s offer. I wouldn’t be surprised if she leaves Port Charles for good.

GH Friday Cliffhangers: Carly’s Reflections, Anna’s Tough Questions, and Sonny’s Stunning Surprise
On Friday, June 27th, Carly shares memories with Jason. They might be discussing Michael’s childhood and how Carly, with Jason’s help, lied to keep AJ Quartermaine (Sean Kanan) away—a topic she recently brought up with Michael concerning his efforts to keep Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) away from their children.
Anna finds herself under intense scrutiny, facing difficult questions—possibly from DA Turner—likely about Sonny. Meanwhile, Daisy’s christening takes place, with Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson), Michael, and their families in attendance. But there could be danger lurking, possibly from a mysterious stalker linked to Sidwell.
Sonny is in for a major shock, possibly during the christening. It could be an attack or an arrest at this big family gathering, depending on Natalia’s choices. Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn uncover something significant on Friday, potentially related to Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) history with Rocco Falceroni (Finn Frances Carr). This sets the stage for Kelly Thiebaud’s anticipated return in July.
General Hospital July Spoilers: Revenge Schemes, Wedding Preparations, and Contract Updates
From June 30th to July 4th, Brook Lynn is contemplating her next move after she and Chase uncover new information, and Marco is expected to deliver the original birth certificate she requested. Brook Lynn edges closer to exacting revenge on Lulu, though innocent people may get caught in the crossfire. Sonny will deal with the consequences of the shocking event from the previous week’s finale, and Carly is determined to support him—though we know Carly’s help often complicates matters.
Dante shifts tactics. After conversations with Jason and Brook Lynn, he might adopt a completely new strategy to connect with Gio. Marco makes a significant choice that week, and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) takes aggressive action against Curtis and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr). With Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) revealing the truth and Drew learning Curtis and Portia are looking for Jacinda (Paige Herschell) to coerce her into lying about him, Drew’s behavior is expected to escalate. Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will likely be upset with Kai over this.
Willow is busy with wedding plans, while Sidwell plots to eliminate both Sonny and Jason—he wants them out of the way. The July 4th episode will likely be an encore, as ABC often does for this holiday. Also, the seduction plan targeting Ava might be Cody’s final major storyline, as Josh Kelly has been downgraded to recurring status and is no longer under contract. This probably means no on-screen romance with Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos), unless it happens offscreen.
