Coronation Street: Aadi Alahan’s Party Takes a Dark Turn

On Monday evening, Aadi Alahan hosted a lively midsummer party, inviting his friends for a night of drinks and celebration.

Things started off on a high note, with everyone enjoying themselves — until Brody turned up and attempted to sell LSD to the group.

Aadi stepped in, confiscated the drugs, and kicked Brody out. He then decided to split the LSD with Nina and Summer.

While Nina and Summer took their doses, Aadi left his drink unattended. When he returned, it had mysteriously disappeared.

It turned out Lauren Bolton had unknowingly taken it and began hallucinating Joel, eventually running through the factory in a panic.

Aadi later found her and brought her back to his place to sleep it off. Meanwhile, an emotional and disoriented Nina and Summer wandered into Roy’s Rolls, clearly shaken by something they had witnessed that night.

Aadi’s Coronation Street Party Episode Rated ‘Worst in Years’ by New Data

Fresh data from Slotozilla has named Monday night’s episode of ITV’s Coronation Street as the “worst in years.”

By analysing viewer sentiment from the past two years of Corrie episodes, the team found that the response to the June 23 instalment was the most negative. The analysis drew from 214 media outlets and user-generated posts.

According to the findings, “the June 23rd episode ranked at the very bottom of the two-year review, with more than 90% of feedback categorised as negative or critical.”

The episode’s poor reception was largely attributed to “weak writing, overcrowded storylines, and declining production standards.”

A representative from Slotozilla’s insights team commented: “We’ve tracked UK television sentiment for a long time — and this particular episode sparked the type of backlash we usually see with controversial reality shows. If nothing else, it’s a strong indication that fans feel the show has lost its direction.”
