Craig’s in bad shape

Craig attempts to show his value
Craig arrives at work eager to shadow Kit Green as part of his CID placement. However, when Kit spends the day brushing him off, Lisa encourages Craig to prove him wrong.
Later, Craig responds to a call about a disturbance, determined to impress Kit and prove he’s got what it takes…
Craig is rushed into emergency care
As the situation spirals out of control, Craig sustains serious injuries. Paramedics arrive alongside Asha to give him medical attention, but Craig finds it difficult to describe the events leading up to it. When Lisa turns up, she’s horrified by the extent of Craig’s wounds.
Craig is rushed to the hospital and admitted to intensive care, where doctors inform Lisa that he has swelling on his brain.
Later, as Craig begins to wake up, he tells Asha that he remembers what happened to him.
However, as Jess presses him about the events, Craig begins to slip back into unconsciousness.
At the Rovers, the locals anxiously await updates on Craig’s condition.
Kirk, feeling uneasy, dials Beth Tinker’s number, preparing to break the news about what’s happened to Craig.
Next week on Coronation Street: Lou suffers an injury.
As Kit chases after Brody for shoplifting, he warns Mick that Lou may not be as loyal as he believes.
When Mick confronts Lou, Gemma and Sean struggle to reach her, growing increasingly worried about her safety.
Sean decides to go to the police station to report that Mick was the one who attacked him earlier.
Meanwhile, Lou suffers a head injury as Mick drives off in his van, with Mick telling Kit that everything is his fault…
4. Lou prepares to make her escape.
Lou informs her children, Shanice and Joanie, that they’ll be going away for a few days. However, in the cab, Tim Metcalfe notices her head injury and insists on taking her to A&E.
At the hospital, the nurse examines Lou’s head wound and quickly realizes she’s in an abusive relationship, but Lou becomes frightened and flees. Tim is then left behind with her children.
Tim keeps an eye on the girls while the police launch a search for Lou. Is she safe?
5. Mick and Kit face off.
Mick shows up at Sarah’s flat and tells her he won’t leave until she calls Kit. He then orders Kit to meet him at a desolate area.
Mick finally comes face to face with Kit, who’s armed with a bat and using Bernie as leverage.
Bernie realizes Mick’s plan is futile, as Kit clearly doesn’t care about her. Desperate to save her life, she tells Kit that she tried to reach out to him years ago, but his mother wouldn’t let her.
Will Kit step in to save Bernie, or will he let her perish at the hands of Mick Michaelis?
