Coronation Street actress Sally Carman has revealed the cosmetic procedures she’s undergone to keep her youthful appearance.

Coronation Street star Sally Carman has revealed her secrets to staying timelessly beautiful.
Since debuting as Abi Webster on the ITV soap in 2017, she has become a much-loved character involved in many dramatic plots.
From the heartbreaking murder of her son Seb (portrayed by Harry Visinoni) to her struggles with addiction and recent battles with PTSD, Abi’s time in Weatherfield has been far from quiet. There is currently speculation about a possible affair between Abi and her brother-in-law Carl (Jonathan Howard), who joined the cobbles earlier this year.
Off-screen, Sally recently celebrated her milestone 50th birthday in May, surprising fans with her true age, according to Leicestershire Live.

Sally has now opened up about how she keeps her youthful look. In an interview with The Sun, she said, “Oh, it’s no secret — I get fillers, Botox, facials… I do it all.”
Sally went on to say, “I’m very honest about it. I can’t stand when people promote a cream claiming, ‘Buy this expensive cream and your skin will be as smooth as mine.’ I’m like, ‘Yeah, right.’ So, it’s not just about creams—well, there are creams, but there’s more to it.”

Alongside her success on Coronation Street, Sally also found love. She met Joe Duttine, who plays Tim Metcalfe, on the Manchester set in 2017, got engaged in 2020, and married two years later.
Talking about their engagement story on Kate Thornton’s podcast White Wine Question Time, Sally revealed, “It happened during lockdown while we were staying in the Dales with his sister, who has plenty of space, along with his kids.”

“He had just finished reading a Benjamin Myers book called The Gallows Pole, which Shane Meadows is currently adapting into a film. It’s about coin forgers, and he kept going on about that book for weeks on end.”
“I said, ‘I’m glad you’re enjoying the book, but I don’t need to read it because you’ve basically told me the whole story!’ We were walking through a large field when he said, ‘Kids, look between the dry stone walls—people used to hide coins and valuables there.’
Then I looked and found a box. I opened it and said, ‘No way.’ Inside was another box, and when I turned around, he was down on one knee.”
