General Hospital spoilers suggest that Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) could take to the stage at the Nurses’ Ball to perform a song. He wouldn’t be the first to make a grand romantic gesture during the event, especially one aimed at Liz Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst).
There’s speculation that Lucky might sing a heartfelt tune he’s written just for Liz — and perhaps even take things further with a surprise proposal, now that the two have reconnected.
The Nurses’ Ball is known for its unexpected twists, and Lucky may have something big planned. With Liz currently recovering from a broken leg, it’s unclear whether she’ll be in attendance or watching from home.
If she does attend, she could be seated at one of the tables as Lucky serenades her, possibly with a brand-new song. Longtime fans will remember that Lucky once penned a song titled “Elizabeth,” and he’s performed several pieces over the years — so a new performance wouldn’t be out of character.

Ric has been playing both ends toward the middle all of this time. Liz has been sleeping with Ava Jerome (Maura West) while he has been trying to get into Liz’s bed as well. So far Liz hasn’t given into Ric advances.
How long will it be before Ric is trying to get Liz in his arms once again? Ric can never be happy with one woman, can he be time.
