Emmerdale fans are certain that the legendary character Kim Tate is scheming to take revenge on Dawn Taylor, and they fear it’s bound to end badly.
Dawn (portrayed by Olivia Bromley) made her debut on the ITV soap in 2018 and quickly became involved in several significant plotlines in the famous village. This year, she shocked audiences by starting a romance with Joe Tate (Ned Porteous), who made a comeback to the series after being away for six years.
Dawn began to develop genuine feelings for the notorious Joe, and the sentiment was reciprocated. However, last week, Joe’s web of lies and deceit was exposed, turning him into the village’s most hated figure.
As fans may recall, Joe unintentionally triggered the limo crash that led to the heartbreaking deaths of Suzy Merton (Martelle Edinborough), Leyla Harding (Roxy Shahidi), and Amy Barton (Natalie Ann Jamieson), according to Leicestershire Live.
Desperate for a kidney transplant, Joe went as far as stealing the organ from his uncle Caleb (William Ash). The truth came to light during a party at Home Farm earlier this month.
In a dramatic twist, Joe was pushed out of a window by an unknown assailant. It was later revealed that Joe slipped into a coma due to a brain hemorrhage.
As devoted fans remember, the tension with the corrupt Detective intensified after Dawn reported him for his illegal actions and affair.
In a shocking turn of events, Dawn found herself trapped by DI Malone, who was armed, but she fought back and ended up shooting him dead. With help from her father Will (played by Dean Andrews) and Kim managing the disposal of the body, the situation ended with the corpse being buried somewhere on the grounds of Home Farm.
Conspiracy theories amongst fans are now rampant, suggesting Kim will blow the whistle on Dawn to law enforcement, leading to her incarceration for murder.
