General Hospital spoilers reveal that Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) was devastated to learn that his daughter had a child that he knew absolutely nothing about.
Instead, Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) took their daughter on tour with her, allowed her to give birth while on the road, and placed his grandson with someone else. Ned needs his daughter to explain why he wasn’t included in this decision.
Brook Lynn Came Home Pregnant
Brook Lynn came home from summer camp pregnant with Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) baby. However, Brook Lynn didn’t tell anyone besides Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) at the time.
When Lois learned of Brook Lynn situation, she knew that Brook Lynn was not ready to be a mom. Instead of keeping the child herself, Lois agreed to arrange for an adoption.
Lois couldn’t bare to part with her grandson once he arrived so she placed him with her cousin to raise. However, Lois never even told Brook Lynn where the baby was or what the sex was.
Lois felt that it was better if Brook Lynn didn’t know. Brook Lynn has known her son his whole life and just now found out about it.
Ned Quartermaine Deserves Answers
Ned thought that he and Brook Lynn were close. Ned has loved Brook Lynn and has never acted as though he was disappointed in her. Ned didn’t complain when Brook Lynn went on the road with her mother.
Ned always thought that Lois knew best when it came to Brook Lynn growing up. Ned didnt try to interfere in most situations after they separated.
However, Ned would have expected to be clued in on important things like his daughter being under age and pregnant.
Lois should have told him about this baby instead of placing him with someone else and not even allowing him to know his grandchild existed. How could Brook Lynn not tell him some thing important?
Brook Lynn Chase Didn’t Want Tracy Quartermaine Taking Over
Brook Lynn knew even back then that if the Quartermaine’s knew about this baby, the would try to take over and she would have ending up having to raise this child. Brook Lynn’s son wouldnt have had the upbringing he had if it were up to the Quartermaines because they would have insisted on her child being a part of ELQ.
Now that Brook Lynn knows that Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) is her son, she knows what kind of life he had.
Brook lynn has been a part of Gio’s life all along. Gio’s grandfather has put him through music school. All has turned out okay in the end. Now can Gio’s family convince him that they didn’t know who he was until just now?
